1. Service scope

a.     www.vinehousehk.com accepts orders from all parts of the world but delivery is only confined to Hong Kong and all orders and purchases are priced in Hong Kong dollars.

b.     Vine House provides floral delivery service to all parts of Hong Kong for any order at or above HK$280. No surcharge would be levied for destinations along the MTR lines. There would be telephone confirmation with the recipient before delivery and unanswered calls may lead to delay in deliveries.

c.     Vine House would confirm order through email. If order is from Hong Kong, we would also confirm the order through telephone. If order is revised, please inform us through telephone. For enquiries on the delivery status, please telephone (852)2887-0615 on the day of delivery.

d.     Vine House would  email the photo of the floral product to customer after delivery.

2. Order lead time

a.     We suggest order be placed with payment made 1 day in advance of delivery. For urgent delivery, please place order through telephone. Delivery service is also provided on Saturdays and Sundays provided order is placed with payment made 1 working day in advance.

3. Points to note

a.     Different seasons often affect availability of specific types of flowers. Therefore, we reserve the right to make adjustments to the flowers shown in the photos in our web. If the type of flowers shown in the photos is not available, we will replace them with another type of flowers with comparable price. Besides, the vases, baskets, containers and other accessories as shown in the photos are for reference only and may be replaced by similar items in the actual product in case the items shown in the photos are out of stock.

4. Refund Policy

a.     Requests for refund will only be considered on individual cases and will be at the discretion of Vine House.

5. Telephone order

1. Please telephone (852)2887-0615 giving full details on the code of the product, correct name, address, telephone no.  of the recipient and the preferred time of delivery.

3. Please fax your bank payment slip to 2887-0794 ，or telephone Vine House notifying us of the transaction ID of the bank payment slip.

6.    eMail order

a.   Please email to ‘order@vinehousehk.com’ giving full details on the product required, the price, the name and telephone number of the recipient. Please also state clearly the delivery address and the timing for delivery. To facilitate contact, please also provide us with your telephone no.

b.   We will confirm the order by either email or telephone.

c.   Please make your payment to the following bank account 1 day in advance of delivery:

d.   Fax the bank payment slip to 2887-0794, or inform us of the transaction ID of the bank payment slip through telephone

7. On-line order

a.     If you choose to pay by credit card, just select the photo of the product of your choice and then click 'Buy'. This will lead you to the screen on WorldPay. You can then enter your credit card information and correspondence address, as well as the address and telephone no. of the recipient.

b.     Vine House will confirm receipt of order through email within 24 hours.
